Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for conducting morning briefings, delegates duties to Team Leaders, and provides budget updates to the Finance Department. They oversee the preparation of monthly schedules, consolidate feedback from teams, families, and clients, and ensure quality control of standards, rituals, and customs. They improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. They manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Logistics Director to lead and oversee operations in the logistics department of the company. He/She will create logistical plans and procedures to ensure internal and external customer requirements are satisfied. The job of a Logistics and Distribution manager entails more than just organizing products storage and distribution. You will make certain that the proper product is used and you will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location at a reasonable cost.
