Front Desk Management:

• Cover the front desk during the centre's set business hours1 and be an on-site point of contact.

• Anticipate students and parents needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalise their experience.
• Keep the front desk clean and organised.
• Answer any questions from students, parents, new clients and the extended team.

Centre Operations:

• Ensure administrative processes and SOPs are observed and completed which includes following up with our Leads and Enrolment pipelines.
• Receive, process, sort, and organise all messages and mail.
• Ensure centre-specific operational requirements are met for each programme (logistics, materials)
• Gather and input notes into our customer relation management system about students and parents.
• Learn and explain Speech Concept policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update students and parents.
• Maintain the community database and report to the Business Manager with relevant KPls.
• Write and send broadcasts relating to centre updates.

Student and Community Engagement:

• Consistently celebrate students' successes and milestones through gifts and notes.
• Distribute all necessary info to promote programmes including creation and posting of weekly events poster and individual event posters.
• Provide feedback on programming types (based on student makeup} and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact on the team.
• Play a creative and executive role in event planning and execution with community
• stakeholders.
• Identify and execute opportunities to connect students with the right programme offerings.
• Learn and understand the in and outs of the local education system (e.g., DSA, GEP, PSLE, 0-Levels and N-Levels, Special Needs Assistance, Preschool} which are knowledge required when conversing with parents.
• Keep the team updated on opportunities for students in your community (e.g. performance, competition opportunities}.
