As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our distributor network, fostering strong relationships with suppliers, and exploring new market opportunities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing distributors and onboard new ones.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and negotiate favorable terms.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build brand awareness and generate business leads.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the trading or 3C products industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with partners in China and Singapore.
• Strong understanding of the markets in China and Singapore, with a keen interest in expanding into Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for market exploration and relationship building.
