• Coordinate resources including technology roadmaps to support clients’ transformation;
• Facilitate and coordinate training for clients and connect them with subject matter experts;
• Ensure customer success through close communication and by overcoming any obstacles and facilitating smooth implementation and adoption of company’s technology.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, or any relevant discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a technology or software company;
• Experience in software application development projects and development methodologies would be an advantage;
• Project management or account management skills would be an advantage;
• Analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams;
• High levels of professionalism and strong client relationship management skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure and willingness to travel to clients’ office when necessary.

Job Description:

• Leading a team of Service Sales Engineers to achieve department orders and sales target.
• Serve and maintain key customer accounts, always respond to them promptly.
• Developing & building long term customer relationships.
• Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers.
• Gather market intelligence and identify potential customers, ensure potentials are converted to orders for the Company.
• Develop the training plan for sales team to improve their capability to serve the customers.
• Engage the sales team to be motivated and building up their capability.
• Working with other departments to package the solutions for customers.
• Any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and relevant.
