Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified sales specialist who has knowledge of and experience with the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and achieve team quota through sales planning to achieve set forecasts.
• Work closely with key healthcare, academic and translational institutes to expand user base and drive sales.
• Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
• Prospect new accounts and prepare information for all sales calls to secure new customers.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Technical understanding of next generation sequencing is preferred.
• At least one year of proven hands-on experience in customer facing sales and business development in the genomics, molecular biology, or molecular diagnostic arenas.
• Highly motivated and adaptable to ever-changing client needs and expectations.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
