Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a new employee to join their team as Sales Assistant Manager.

The primary responsibilities include：

Sales Activities:

• Foster relationships and conduct sales activities with major semiconductor manufacturers in the Singapore and Malaysia regions.

Information Gathering and Reporting:

• Gather relevant information and prepare comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making.

Order Management and Inventory Control:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of order management and exercise control over inventory to ensure optimal levels.

Budget Preparation and Management:

• Play a pivotal role in the preparation and effective management of budgets to support organizational goals.

Outsourced Warehouse Management:

• Ensuring the smooth operation and oversight of warehousing facilities by a outsourced company.

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
• Flexible, proactive, high sense of responsibility, team player
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
• Japanese proficiency is a plus to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
• Comfortable to travel overseas when required (About once every quarter to Malaysia)
