Main Responsibilities:

• Handle existing clients and expand business with new client base.
• Increase revenue in existing segments and explore new revenue streams namely individual
• and corporate leasing.
• Conduct full spectrum of Sales& Marketing activities including Online marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with Operations in relation to vehicle quality and customer feedback.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection.
• Assist and provide relevant advice to management in relation to current market conditions and opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in
• Mandarin only.
• Diploma in Marketing or related field. Degree holders would have an advantage.
• Preferred with experience in car rental industry, especially in ride hailing industry.
• Must have at least 2 years direct experience or exposure with car leasing or rentals industry

Primary Roles:

• Reporting and intervening when observing unsafe working conditions or practices.
• Conduct Toolbox briefing to subcontractors and RA reviews before start of any works
• Promptly reporting any reportable incidents to the Project HSSE Manager and related stakeholders.
• Enhancing safety awareness through safety training, drills, and courses.
• Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions.
• Ensuring closure of outstanding findings and non-conformance issues.

Secondary Roles:

• Conduct checks and remove any fire hazard that is found in the premises.
• Monitor the maintenance of the fire safety systems in the premises are in compliance with regulations.
• Recommend tests for fire safety systems to ensure they are in good operating condition.
• Create awareness to the occupants in establishing a fire safe environment.
• Conduct fire safety campaign / talks / discussion / lesson.
• Assist, co-ordinate, and document fire safety meetings.
• Conduct fire drills, table-top exercise (TTE) and evaluate the effectiveness of said exercises and drills.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with SCDF on all matters relating to fire safety and its requirements.
• Accommodate any reasonable request by clients

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services
• Registered FSM and WSHO

Experience:

• Experience in IFM related field is preferred.
• Min 1-2 years working experience as a FSM.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant) is an added advantage

Job Scope

• Manage and oversee daily operations and accounting functions of Finance and Accounts department to ensure smooth operation of the department.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and prepare monthly management reports and ad hoc reports for submission to the management to facilitate management decision making.
• Oversee external audits and provide support to ensure the audits are completed before the statutory filing deadline.
• Collaborate with tax agent on tax related matters to ensure the company comply with tax regulations.
• Prepare annual overhead budget for submission to the management.
• Manage company’s petty cash and ensure all transactions are being recorded accurately.
• Support trade finance function in Letter of Credit checking to ensure no discrepancies and smooth documentation process with the bank.
• Check staff expenses claim and review accounting documents to ensure it is supported by supporting documents.
• Handle customer credit application and counter party forms to assess the financial position of the customer for credit limit and credit term applied.
• Handle vendor credit application and counter party forms to assess the financial position of the vendors for advance payment limit applied.
• Prepare or review tenancy agreement, interco, loan agreement, consultancy agreement and other required agreements to protect the interest of the company.
• Oversee overall accounting and finance functions in Vietnam, with a Chief Accountant as a direct report.
• Collaborate with company secretary on directors’ board resolution preparation to ensure the documentations are in order to comply with Company Act.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Possess knowledge of IFRS / ACCPAC accounting system will be an added advantage
