We're looking for Retail Area Manager for our indoor playground outlets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of all retail stores under the brand
- Support and work closely with the retail team to ensure standard operating procedures and service guidelines are met.
- Executing all sales & marketing promotional activities set by company.
- Responsible for monthly sell out target achievement in line with account targets and deployment of key retail initiatives across assigned accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to reinforce company brand through retail activities to key audiences and take these forwards through planned updates and new retail initiatives.
- Training and managing retail teams.
- Ensure merchandise display of the store is aligned to the standard.
- Supporting and managing retail exclusive brands from coordinating purchase orders to stock inventory management.
- Ensure effective management of after-sales service as well as handling customers’ feedback complaints and email enquiries.
- Ensure the business ethics are implemented and complied onsite.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificates/Graduate Diploma in Business Management, International Business, and related field.
- Candidates must have relevant 3 years of managerial experience in the playground/arcade industry
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to details.
- Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills.
- Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
