• Manage the resources, budget and staffing of the Department of Construction of the Ministry of Commerce. Supervise the financial planning and monitoring of public works projects.

• Participate in the drafting of the project contract, ensure that the contract terms comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, especially the key terms such as the scope of the project, quality standards, construction period, payment method and liability for breach of contract.

The Product Sales Specialist is a regional sales role that is part of the global Cash & Inside Sales team. The role deals with complex cash management requirements for the most demanding and sophisticated multi-national clients operating across Asia Pacific and Japan.
