Job Scope:
· Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospects.
· Follow up on quotes and leads while scheduling meeting with potential customers.
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing new customers.
· Perform daily sales activities for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
· Continuously build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with customers.
· Oversee after-sales account management to ensure customer satisfaction, track delivery against work orders, and identify opportunities for expansion based on evolving client needs.
· Collaborate with the technical development team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals to meet client requirements.
· Ensure all sales documentation is properly handled and produced in strict compliance with company policies and processes.
· Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.
· Manage social media marketing and execute email campaigns.
Requirement:
· Diploma/ Degree in Electronics, IT business systems, IT related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant channel and project sales
· Good business acumen
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
· A positive, proactive mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt.
· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
· Initiative in identifying new opportunities and sales avenues.
