· Maintain an in-depth understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations, proactively adapting reporting processes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 3 years at a publicly listed company (NASDAQ experience preferred).

· Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP, and other regulatory frameworks governing listed companies.

· Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and financial reporting software.

* Manage the existing Banana Accounting Software

* Prepare and Consolidate the organisation's budget, analyse and compare actual cost with the approved budget.

* Manage cash flow of receipts and disbursement according to approved budget. This includes bank transactions and reconciliation of bank statements.

* Prepare and analyse annual and interim Financial Statements; and internal and audit schedules including reportorial requirements for internal and statutory requirements.
