We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions with our customers and  partners. Crypto Operations Manager

The Crypto Operations Manager/Assistant Manager will manage the day-to-day crypto operations and the crypto operations specialists team. Responsibilities include driving operational process improvements, reducing operational risk, managing venue relationships, people management, and overseeing daily reconciliation and settlement work. The Crypto Operations Manager/Assistant Manager will be part of the Operations organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency operations, including fiat and cryptocurrency settlement and reconciliation with our venues
• Identify & manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risk
• Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies
• Support new crypto initiatives from an operational, risk, and compliance perspective
• Partner with our customer service team and marketing team to continuously improve crypto related customer communications
• Maintain and evolve operating procedures to complement compliance written supervisory procedures and assist compliance team with license uplift
