The Retail Assistant Manager at Guerlain supports the Area Manager in overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales and profitability goals, and managing the team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

6. Inventory and Stock Management:

Marketing Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.

Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
