a) Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.

Discovering the role

The position of Technical Support is responsible for presales support to our sales team. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultation, system design and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects.

Quotation & Configuration Check

Tax Governance & Policy Matters:

- Report to the Head of Tax and ensure compliance with relevant tax and transfer pricing regulations across all Group entities, including those in Singapore, Greater China, India, and ASEAN.

- Assist in implementing the Group Tax Strategy and rolling out tax policies, controls processes, and best practices.

- Drive continuous tax optimization projects and improvements in Group tax processes and controls to enhance compliance quality and efficiency, providing improvement recommendations.

- Develop tax-efficient structures for investments, intra-group financing, corporate shared services, and cross-border transactions.

- Monitor updates to Group tax governance and transfer pricing policies and best practices in line with the latest tax regulation developments.

Tax Compliance:

- Oversee all aspects of tax compliance alongside the Finance team, ensuring timely review and filing of tax returns.

- Review to identify tax planning opportunities and minimize tax controversies.

Transfer Pricing:

- Manage and facilitate the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports, tax position papers, and benchmarking studies in collaboration with the local Finance team.

- Ensure proper and adequate transfer pricing documentation is maintained to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.

- Perform operational transfer pricing reviews to align business arrangements with transfer pricing policy and objectives.

Tax Reporting:

- Set up and maintain a central tax database for Group tax reporting and data analytics, preparing for BEPS Pillar 2 requirements.

- Manage the Group’s tax reporting, including the annual tax accounting process, and periodic review of tax provision balances and deferred tax assets/liabilities to ensure accuracy.

- Perform tax data analysis to offer insights and recommendations for managing tax risks, optimization, and mitigation.

- Provide tax advice, guidance, and training to internal users on direct taxes, indirect taxes, withholding tax, and other tax matters. Develop and conduct tax sharing sessions/training for finance peers.

Tax Advisory:

- Partner with the business to provide tax support on transactions and projects.

Tax Audit:
