• Provides training to end customer/ channel partner.
• Gather customer feedback on product issues and recommendation for product improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification, B. SC in computer science/engineering/telecommunication/information technology with distinction. Huawei HCIA/HCIP or other IT certification will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking, proficiency in using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Familiarity with H323 or SIP protocol.
• Familiarity with Linux operating system and basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with Extron and Crestron devices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong market analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Good teamwork skills, capable of coordinating with multiple departments.
• Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies
