The Commercial Contract manager reports to director. 8. Dispute management and resolution and settlement, prepare claims and supporting documents, chair and attend negotiations, mediations, adjudications and arbitrations where necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Science of Law or equivalent.

2. 10 years+ experience in contracting, agreements, dispute settlement, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and /or real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, and various contract negotiation, management and settlement.

3. Creative thinker capable of providing both commercial, legal and technical solutions.

4. Leadership skills will also be key as will a passion for quality focused outcomes, driving safety, quality and sustainability, along with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. 5. Superior English reading, writing and language skills.
