Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial oversight and directly prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly financial reports.
• Address tax-related inquiries, including corporate income, property, and withholding taxes, and understand tax agreement applications in local and international contexts.
• Communicate with tax authorities in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia regarding relevant tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with FATCA, OFAC, and global tax reporting requirements (CBCR).
• Update and draft internal control protocols.
• Process and approve banking transactions, respond to bank inquiries and negotiate contracts.
• Carry out financial consolidation tasks for joint ventures, associates, and related parties.
• Oversee the management of a large volume of fixed assets and deferred taxes.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and assist with audit-related documentation.
• Handle obligations related to the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Singapore statistical reporting (SingStat).
• Manage both internal and external audits.
• Oversee the processing and approval of daily financial transactions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and Income Tax Acts (ITA).

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales activities pertaining to leisure sales accounts (ie wholesales, travel agents, Consortia) and markets. The individual acts as the point of contact for leisure market accounts and clients, highly contributing to business generation, ensuring that all direct sales activities aligns with the Sales strategies and that both individual and hotel’s quotas and goals are met to maximise profit generation.

• Manages all leisure markets, both of local and overseas accounts
• Be involved in the planning and setting of sales goals for each leisure target market
• Proactively identify, qualify, and solicit new business to achieve personal and hotelrevenue goals by building network and relationships with higher-profile clientele to generate sales leads, optimizing potential revenue for the company
• Develop relationships within target market community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities
• Perform competitive analysis on competitor’s strengths and weaknesses to implement sales projects to gain higher market shares
