Overall Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will manage an assigned group of new & existing DHL Service Points via the telephone and visits. Supported by sales and marketing campaigns, you will actively drive sales revenue through new store acquisitions and growing your existing base to achieve the assigned sales targets. • Perform QBR reviews for key customers to evaluate performance and determine areas of improvements to grow our business. Collaborate with customers to develop ad-hoc activities that will drive revenue targets.
• Analyze and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends so as to decide on relevant actions to be taken.
• Be the second caller for Medallia platform to address customer enquiries and provide solution to resolve on-ground issues in the most efficient manner.
• Ensure that customer information is maintained timely and accurately in the customer database.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferred.
