Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experiences Cleaning Operation Manager to manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations. Facilitate budget planning for smooth flow of operations. Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the duties of chambermaids and to ensure that they carry out an orderly housekeeping work as well as maintain the general cleanliness and common areas in accordance with the standard work requirements.

• Directs Housekeeping staff and contracting vendors such as public area, pest control, landscape and laundry in the fulfilment of providing housekeeping functions, maintenance and cleanliness within budget, with quality and on schedule.

• Maintains the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. and the appearance of housekeeping areas, and performs regular inspections of residents and common areas for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.

• Ensures Housekeeping supplies and equipment stocks are raised timely and maintains adequate inventory levels to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

• Recommend solutions for operational problems in work schedules, personnel utilization, and other non-scheduled jobs.

• Recommend procedures and policies for housekeeping operations to keep abreast of current standards and procedures.

• Train employees in proper housekeeping procedures and appropriate performance of duties.

• Evaluate and make recommendations concerning cleaning products and equipment, order and maintain sufficient inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.

• Perform other related duties which may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time. You may also be assigned to other projects at the discretion of the Management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Hotel Housekeeping

• Proactive, meticulous, and able to perform strenuous activities and handle heavy load.

• Ability to successfully operate large-scale, high-pressure environment with sudden change in business levels.

• Willingness to do shift work, work on weekends, eve/public holidays as and when assigned.

With enough experience, salon managers may eventually become salon owners.

To become a salon manager, you generally need to hold licensure in cosmetology and years of experience offering services to customers. Excellent communication skills are a must for salon managers, so you must enjoy talking to people, be able to communicate with your team and have basic math skills to manage business profits and expenses.

1. Support ASMI’s Sustainability & Innovation Committee (SIC)

· Promote adoption of innovation, decarbonisation and renewables within the marine sector

· Facilitate transformation of the marine sector towards a low emissions future economy

· Manage meetings of the SIC

2. Advance Marine Decarbonisation

· Administer the Marine Decarbonisation Champions (MDC) Programme

· Organise MDC collateral activities

· Engage external stakeholders including government agencies towards programme objectives

3. Organise the Marine and Offshore (M&O) Symposium

· Coordinate and manage the annual industry thought leadership event

· Showcase innovative efforts and initiatives in the marine sector

· Engage ASMI members and other external stakeholders towards symposium objectives

4. Any other initiatives relating to industry development

REQUIREMENTS

· At least a Polytechnic diploma in any discipline with at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience; engineering and marine related disciplines preferred

· Interest in innovation, decarbonisation and renewables in the marine industry

· Meticulous and detail-oriented

· Good communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills

· Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams

· Self-motivated individual with strong drive for results within tight timelines

· Singaporeans and PRs only

SALARY EXPECATIONS

Between S$3,000 to S$4,000

13th Month Guaranteed

Performance Bonus in April every year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, Process and Follow up on Sales Orders.
• Review customer’s requests and prepare quotation in response to customer enquiry.
• Perform order entry duties accurately and in a timely basis.
• Generate manufacturing documentation to manufacturing planning for creation of Production Order.
• Review Delivery Orders to ensure error-free before goods delivery.
• Update and maintain delivery schedule or re-schedule.
• Update of Sales Order status.
• Prepare weekly or periodic reports of compiled orders.
• Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator or Shipping Assistant
• Preferred with knowledge of SAP
• Preferred with knowledge of Shipping process
• Must be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Competence with Microsoft Office
• Good personality and able to handle customer queries
