• Responsible for the entire sales cycle.
• Actively generating new leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintain good rapport with existing clients
• Follow-up on leads and sales inquires
• Leading the sales team and provide mentorship to team members
• Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/ITE in Engineering or relevant disciplinary with experience in the telecommunications industry
• Experience in leading a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets
• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in prepaid sales
• Attractive remuneration package including good basic salary, transport allowance and commissions

Job Responsibilities

1. Documentation for sales order processing
2. Customer communications and relationship with MNC customers
3. Tracking and updating the customer demand forecas and communicate to HQ
4. Monthly Sales estimation and sales closing
5. Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
6. Obtain deep understanding of product to create reports, provide data input and support team sample paperwork
7. Coordinate all activities within Sales department to generate leads
8. Any other adhor duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry
3. Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
