Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers on shipping schedules and shipping documents
• Prepare shipping docs to send to customers
• Keep track of shipment details
• Process, monitor customer orders to ensure on time delivery.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support related work.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

- Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions

- Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy

- Contribute creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele

Operations

- Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function,

house-keeping)
