Requirement:
At least 1 years sales admin coordinator experience.
Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle enquiries, concerns and request from Chinese speaking customers in regards with the delivery matters.)
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
Require to work on alternate Saturday. Able to start work Immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Sales administrative support to ensure business transactions closure from Sales orders
• through preparation of orders, invoices and provide verification and follow-up to ensure timely
• delivery of shipment at all times
• Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order statuses and delivery schedules
• with overseas companies, suppliers and customers
• Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the necessary systems and distribution of
• documents to the respective parties
• Handle transaction enquiries, resolve and report operational issues promptly
• Provide support to Salesperson
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Functions and Formulae), Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in SAP system is advantage
• Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only converse in Mandarin
