• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets by closing sales via meeting, phone and email
• Generate leads (e.g. through cold calling)
• Manage and grow new channel partners/customers

• Scout and bid for projects in IT industry and other related industries
• Follow up with sales quotations and enquiries that will lead to sales closure;

• Create, update and maintain reports;
• Answer phone calls, office hotlines, and emails;
• Prepare delivery orders, sales orders, invoices and other related documentations where required;
• Support logistics and operations aspects of the Company, move and prepare stocks as and when required, including but not limited to monthly stocktaking and preparation of units;
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office of the Company (including but not limited to office area, storage and warehousing area, meeting room, pantry, servicing area).
• Managing different stakeholders, with the need to liaise with and support other team members of the Company, e.g. Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Human Resource, Finance, Supply Chain, and Administration team

Qualifications Requirements

• Minimum Nitec

Experience Requirements

• Preferably 2 years proven track record in sales
• Proven cold calling and sales track record
• Preferably with experience in sales
• Relevant sales support/customer service experience and strong understanding of sales proposition
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Renumeration

• Up to $2,800 per month (depending on experience and track record)

Normal Work Days

• Monday to Thursday (9am to 6pm)
• Friday and other days only when required (flexible work arrangements with option to work from home or off site)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Daily warehouse operations (E.g. packing, loading & unloading of goods)

· Assist in stocktaking and organise goods in an orderly manner

· Maintain good inventory records and documentation

· Liaise with customers upon delivery of goods to them

· Attend to walk-in customers and assist with their queries

· Follow all company policies and procedures

· 5-day work week from Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 1-2 years of warehousing experience

· Physically able to work in a warehouse environment

· Able to handle heavy load and cargo

· Basic proficiency (able to read and understand) in English

· Follow best safety practices, both on road and while loading & unloading goods
