Position Description

This position is responsible for supporting sales team in achieving sales target and growth of all NEWAY® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.

Main Responsibilities

· Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner

· Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers

· Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery

· Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status

· Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment

· Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers

· Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.

· Develop and maintain good customer business relationship

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage

· Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage

· Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point

· Good communication skills and able to liaise with factory

· Independent, articulate, strong technical knowledge and a team player

· Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only.

• Planning and execution of all external marketing (outside of Shopee and Lazada)

What's your role?

You will be focusing on PERFORMANCE MARKETING role:

• Propose and develop marketing funnel for Facebook CPAS, Google SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN) etc.
• Perform AB Testing to identify appropriate target audience and latest market trend
• Analyze ads performance, and perform ads optimization accordingly
• Generate detailed report
• Analyze digital marketing trends and explore on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube marketing
• Analyze sales funnels & customer intents

• Provide pre-sales support for a range of CCTV and network technical solutions, including proposal development and technical presentations
