Requirements

• Familiarity with system integration, and intralogistics business knowledge with solution sales across various industries such as apparel, E-Commerce, 3PL, Pharmaceutical and Retail will be an added advantage.

Deep Blue Homes/Concepts was started by 2 close friends. Between them, they have more than 26 years in building and renovation. They understood the need for conscientious planning, diligent management of work and forward thinking. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Dedicate to realizing the sales promotion plans devised by the company.
• Handle customer enquiries (phone calls, emails, and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, WeChat, and LINE).
• Offer technical assistance to customers, resolving their issues promptly to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Support all the marketing and promotional endeavours, encompassing public relations events, exhibitions, product launches, and pop-up events, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Report regularly on development performance to the company, including processing and documenting transaction details.
• Optimize resource utilization and streamline workflow efficiency.
