Job Responsibilities

• Become an expert in company’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs.
• Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall company's campaign
• Align clients KPIs with company's product solutions to drive incremental value
• Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
• At least 5+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
• Knowledge of the media landscape of Malaysia/South-East Asia (bonus) is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus.
• Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships
• Should have good communication skills with fluency in Chinese language to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, pushnotifications, etc) and performance evaluation

• Ability to execute with high-accuracy, multi task, deal with uncertainty, willing to learn and are highly organized in paper work.
• Good understanding of user journeys, digital usability and user experience. Familiar with the key promotional calendar and the market behaviour.
