Attachment Description
A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
Specific Responsibilities
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organisation through effective planning and budgeting.
• Work closely with Business Owner/Laundry Manager and other key personnel to understand the operations and laundry challenge.
• Develop market analysis strategy in coordination with the Laundry Manager
• Develop and maintain the relationship with customers by being a valued consultant and that will lead to increase of sales.
• Implement company directed sales programs, promotions and strategies to achieve growth and profit plans.
• Develop Commercial Laundry Market using our products and services.
• Gain new business opportunities in an ever changing environment and aggressively grow the accounts for the commercial laundry Business Unit.
• Support on extensive hands on product and solution training.
• Plan strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. Decide the future course of action for laundry operations.
• Map potential customers and generate leads and new opportunities for the organization.
• Responsible for brand promotion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report.
• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
• Manage advertising and promotional programs to meet financial and market presence objectives ofof our business.
• Explore and reports on new business opportunities.
• Responsible for mobilization of new contract and visiting the locations periodically for customer feedback.
• Represent company at trade shows and organizations.
• Ability to understand all facets of laundry on premise laundry products, corporate marketing, sales strategies, pre-sale and post-sale support requirements as well as customer types, purchasing motives, allied products ,etc.
