Requirements:

• Proven social growth and community building/management (online and offline) results, preferably for corporate accounts

• Bachelor Degree in Arts / Marketing or related fields

• Strong portfolio of work is required

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.

• Campaign Development and Execution: Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage allocated marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all activities.
• Usage and Acquisition Strategy: Define and own the user acquisition strategy, leveraging online and offline marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
• Customer Education: Develop and execute an activity calendar focused on educating users about digibank usage, online scams and fraud prevention. This includes managing outreach events.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment on goals.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of marketing/communications experience
• Able to work independently, is meticulous, able to handle stakeholders well, and have good project management skills.
