1. Diploma or above, major in marketing and business management is preferred.
2. Have more than 2 years working experience in market development or sales. Familiar with medical equipment, aviation equipment and semiconductor equipment industry is preferred.
3. Proficient in English, with good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Be familiar with the Singapore market and understand the local business culture and consumption habits.
5. Have strong market analysis and judgment ability, and be able to formulate effective market development strategies.
6. Have good team spirit and ability to work independently.
7. Be able to adapt to business trip and work pressure, and have strong self-drive and sense of achieving goals.
8. Skillful use of office software and sales tools.
Responsibilities of marketing salesman:
1. Be responsible for investigating Singapore market and global market, collecting and analyzing market information and competing products.
2. Develop Singapore and global customer resources, establish and maintain good customer relationships.
3. Formulate and implement the market development plan and achieve the sales target.
4. Promote the company's products or services, and enhance the brand's popularity and influence in the Singapore market.
5. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project and meet customer needs.
6. Feedback the market dynamics and customer demand in time, and provide a basis for the company's strategic adjustment.
