Job Requirement

➤5 years of experience in commodity sales is a plus
➤Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events

➤Knowledge of International shipping is a plus
➤In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
➤Well organized, industrious, creative and self-sufficient
➤Requires good teaming and negotiation skills
➤Knowledge and understanding of incoterms.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

· Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

· Present and demonstrate HRMS software

· Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

· Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

· Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

D REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent fields
• Experience in payroll or e-leave systems will be an advantage,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas & receiving positive customer feedback
• Good follow-up and presentation skills,
• Enthusiasm, willingness, hard work & persistency are good attributes for the job
• Good project management, interpersonal communications skills
• Good documentation, analytical and onsite problem-solving skills
