• Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with products from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; and arranging for returns for damaged products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of sales experience preferred (candidates without automotive background are welcome to apply)
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (able to speak dialects is an added advantage)
• Possess a Class 3 driving license (preferred)
• Computer literate and a team-player

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and update Excel documents for monthly/quarterly/yearly sales, input and calculate each item sales and update Excel document
• Prepare shipping documents
• Communicate with suppliers (overseas) and get information for sales and prepare invoices, packing list etc
• Well communication with customers and ensuring orders are processed promptly, accurately and delivery on time
• Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Sales Team
• Other related duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Open to non-experience candidates with very good learning attitudes (OJT provided by senior staff)
• Having sales or shipping coordination experience will be a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel
• Meticulous and responsible

• Flexible and supportive
• Good coordination skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking supplier
