1. Social Media Management

• Coordinating sales meetings with potential clients
• Keeping our current clients informed about company developments
• Managing administrative tasks related to sales services

Please be aware that this position is fully remote, underscoring the importance of self-reliance and discipline. The salary range is $3,000 - $6,000 per month, and candidates are expected to possess at least "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

1. Monitor daily imports via road to various customers and sites;

2. Cross check BCA’s eLanding against MY delivery;

3. Issuing of monthly Purchase Orders;

4. Entry of Sales Orders;

5. Preparation of documents to BCA for each distance source importation;

6. Liaise with suppliers for documentation of each imports;

7. Liaise with suppliers if overload of trucks is alerted by BCA’s berthing operation;

8. Application of Landing Permit with BCA;

9. Assist to liaise with Declaring Agent on CCP applied (i.e. wrongly declared);

10. Declared of distance source CCP;

11. Prepare of quotation slip and quotation;

12. Prepare of Customer Satisfactory Reports;

13. Prepare new customers’ trading accounts;

14. Keep track of accounts due for payment;

15. Ensure quotations are acknowledged back for filing;

16. Follow up on customers’ Purchase Orders; and

17. Other assignments from time to time

18. Able to work in Jurong Port (West); Transport will be provided

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operation
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule
• Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing
• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or related field
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is preferred
• Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
• Excited about the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and aiding team to meet monthly targets
• Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working schedule of 9am-6.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
