The Retail Fashion Advisor is the customer service specialist of the store. You can take great care of our customers and are responsible to exceed their expectations by listening to their needs, answering questions about products and services, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence.

You also engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store in order to drive seamless customer experience across channels and handle order fulfilment processes for customers in store. You will be operating in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment.

As the first point-of-contact in store, you are the ambassador of the organisation, a highly motivated and service-oriented individual and communicates well and thrives in a team environment.

About The Company:

• Our client is a leading electronic component distribution company. The company provides electronic components, design support,and electronic component supply chain support to entire electronics manufacturing industries including OEMs, ODMs & EMS companies.
• Main target market: Malaysia & Thailand
• Basic up to $6000 + Commission + AWS

  Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6:00 pm
  Saturday 9:30 am to 1:00 pm
  (with one Saturday off per month)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new RFQs in the designated target market.
• Schedule sales visits and provide weekly and monthly sales plans.
• Ensure timely responses to all inquiries without any delays.
• Conduct email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential buyers with special promotional offers.
• Provide weekly reports detailing inquiries and conversions.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years relevant sales experience in wholesale trading of Electronic Components/Semiconductors.

Roles & Responsibilities

•To Identify target markets and sales opportunities (Foreigners and expatriates residing locally)
•Develop relationships with targeted market segments (Foreigners and expatriates residing locally)
•Build and maintain targeted client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and acquiring new clients on an ongoing basis
•Maintain relationship with clients and prospective clients by contacting/meeting with them periodically
•Explaining/Giving advice to clients and prospective clients the types of services / investment products and the responsibilities to be taken by the Financial Services Consultant.
•Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan
•Research and investigate available insurance/investment products to determine whether they fit into financial plans of clients
•Recommend financial planning strategies to clients to achieve their financial goals and objectives
•Implement financial planning recommendations to clients or prospective clients
•Arranging contracts of insurance for clients with the company
•Collecting initial premium from clients for the company
•Maintain persistency of sales in in-force policies

Job Description:

• To work with sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• To communicate with customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
• To Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses
• To Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available
• To work with the sales team by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed.
