• Identifying potential new market opportunities and developing plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base
• Preparing and presenting regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, to the management team
• Build and maintain positive working relationships and strong rapport with accounts for high account retention and client satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure a unified approach towards achieving company goals
• Hire, develop and coach team members to promote their motivation and optimal performance
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to keep them up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Able to strategize and come up with short term and long term sales strategies to facilitate and enable the sales team to close more deals.
• Resourceful critical thinker to resolve challenges from daily operations
• Good team player with ability to interact with all levels
• Can leading and closing large, strategic deals
• Able to manage multiple deals in the sales pipeline end-to-end
• Acounts Management: B2B sector/vertical
