• Responsible for assisting in the order fulfillment process, which includes handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment, and delivery of orders to the customer. He/She is also responsible for communicating with customers during the order fulfillment process.
• Manage efficiently the warehousing core processes, and day-to-day warehousing activities, oversee the warehouse operations & Inventory management (proper storage and recording of inventory)
• Manage all the stations (sorting & packing section) / (VLM Goods receiving + conventional receiving section) efficiently, and manage the warehousing core processes and operations of the section being assigned.
• Ensure all orders received from customers are processed on time, and items correctly packed and dispatched for delivery.
• Manage all warehouse equipment and resources with compliance witho safety and security procedures
• Plan and monitor staffing requirements to ensure productivity and high service levels.
• Analyze & resolve daily operations issues to enable smooth warehousing activities at various stations

Requirements

• Systematic and logical, he/she is required to assist customers in fulfilling orders and understand customer needs.
