Overview of the role:

As a Senior Customer Service Manager for our health brand, you will play a pivotal role in leading and elevating our customer service operations. Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Development:

• Proven experience in a senior customer service management role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.

Job Description

• Execute internal and external communications and manage relations to maintain and increase brand awareness, and effectively communicate company's mission.
• Draft press release for events and the media.
• Create and develop contents for corporate outreach channels for both online and offline platforms including but not limiting to e-newsletter, social media, website, and feature profiles.
• Assist in handling internal and external stakeholder queries and proofreading on social channels, publicity materials etc. such as annual report and posters.
• Support in events and activities needs; and crisis management communications.
• Regularly updating corporate info in all marketing assets that includes corporate deck, boiler plate, factsheet, corporate video and corporate profile write up on all digital platforms such as website, social channels, online platforms etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Observant and analytical with experience in analyzing and interpreting data
• Graphic design software skills or equivalent will be considered favorably
