· Sends event orders to relevant departments in a timely manner. Prepares the event orders for last minute confirmed bookings and immediately informs all departments concerned for their necessary action.

· Develops and implements appropriate marketing strategies to strengthen the Hotel’s market position in targeted segments.

Secondary Responsibilities

· Assists in managing food cost percentage with the assistance of Chef and F&B Director.

· Guides and support the team in achieving the Catering budget of the Hotel through proper execution of the catering objectives.

· Assists in the preparation of an annual budget covering catering revenue and related expenditures.

· Ensures that the hotel’s integrity is not prejudiced by any infringement pertaining to government statutory laws and regulations:

Requirements:

· Degree in Business Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 to 7 years of catering sales experience in the hotel industry

The incumbent would be responsible for Business generation for international Air cargo at TCI Express Pte Ltd.

Main Accountabilities:

Ø To Achieve Air cargo (import and export) business Target and QOQ PROFITABLE Growth.

Ø Hunting for new business and meeting sales target

Ø To find established corporate and SME customers.

Ø Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.

Ø Develop a sales forecast vis-à-vis cost budgets & achievement of the same.

Ø Work on specific trade lanes and also on customers’ requirements.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Ø Experience of 5-7 in International Air Cargo / Freight forwarding industry.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Excellent in Sales and marketing

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Salary : SGD 4700 per month ( including Employer & Employee CPF Contribution)

Working days : 4 days Work for Home and 2 Days Work from office(Saturday’s will be half day)
