Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties pertaining to Sales and Purchase transactions including but not limited to data entry, order processing and control.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Sales Duties.
• Attend to call/fax/email/walk-in customer enquiries.
• Handle sales-related administrative work as assigned.
• Sales, logistics and purchasing documentation and coordination.
• Creation, Maintenance & Updating of database records using In-House programs and others.
• Liaising and Co-ordination with internal department and external parties.
• Any duties as assigned by superior.

• Attending to client’s enquiries / orders via email or over the phone
• Providing quotation and stock availability status, delivery schedule
• Order processing
• Providing administrative sales support

• Efficiently respond to any other online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
