2. Build an operational system that serves the lifecycle of user segments for BNPL, including user acquisition and user engagement, tailored to specific scenarios. Drive the establishment of touchpoints, marketing tools, and marketing benefits repository to improve business conversion efficiency.

3. Monitor and attribute the progress and effectiveness of existing traffic touchpoints and daily operational activities. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-8 years of work experience, with over 1 year of people management experience, preferably in user growth operations or integrated marketing operations in the BNPL payment or e-commerce industry.
