Description / Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree

• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)

• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• CEI certified would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.

Job Descriptions

• Formulate new clientele and oversee existing accounts through mid to long-term Sales Account Development Strategies.
• Cultivate and advocate robust, enduring customer relations by collaborating with them and comprehending their requirements to enhance sales, opportunities, and nurture a positive customer rapport.
• Generate weekly and monthly Sales reports and pragmatic forecasts for the management team.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customers’ technical inquiries.
• Assess customer’s quotation prerequisites against company’s resources and capabilities.
• Pursue customers regarding quotations submitted to secure orders.
• Undertake other sporadic tasks or projects as delegated.

Requirement
