The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing and Management:
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Key sales orders and print collaterals for upcoming events

Client Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product/service information.
• Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including managing calendars and scheduling.

• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Job Description

• Support the development and growth of personal lines of business to meet department’s plans
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and partners for business growth and retention
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and customer experience
• Support and contribute to new product development, product innovations and market research
• Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of plans with clients and partners
• Ensures business handled is in line with the Company’s underwriting guidelines, credit control and service standards
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

Qualification

• Tertiary / Diploma qualification
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/CGI) and Cert HI

Other Information

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in partnership development, marketing campaigns, or distribution of insurance, banking, financial services
• Experience in managing insurance programs, affinity products or service programs
