Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develops, services and grow the sales of assigned product and territory.
• Actively and consistently seeks new customers.
• Visits new and potential customers to develop relationships, generate, follow up on leads and provide technical information.
• Meets established sales budget goals.
• Delivers sales presentations and offer solution to customers.
• Update customer activities and competitive intelligence.
• Manages major accounts; establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with multiple people in a customer’s organization.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess skillset and experience in WIRELESS SENSOR / IOT / LEVEL SENSOR / PLC and HMI with control exposure.
• Experience in measurement instrument will be advantage
• Must Possess Class 3 Driving Licence
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in English and mandarin.

· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

· Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development

· Meeting planned sales goals.

· Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness

strategies and solutions

· Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables

· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

· Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management

· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

· The ongoing training of your salespeople.

· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

· Promoting the organization and products.

· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

· Relationship building with new and existing customers.

· Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.

Requirements and skills

-Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or) Any Degree

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.

· Highly organized and able to multi-task

· Proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.

· Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.

· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.

· Strong project management skills

SALES INTERIOR DESIGNER

Work and learn 3 months programme with allowance
