Job Duties:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Good in numbers; Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Category Management (Sourcing)

· Regional focal point for global category strategies and lead new sourcing projects in new business field – Electric Vehicles (EVs) for New Energies business, Retail network, Packaging and Digital Marketing Solutions.

· Leverage on spend to manage complex sourcing projects across multiple affiliates within the region and multi entities within Singapore (One Total initiatives).

· Effectively tap on the Group’s global supplier database to maximize value from Supplier base and implement Category Strategies for the region.

· Sourcing execution from Source-to-Contract (S2C) including but not limited to internal requirement analysis, supply market analysis, sourcing strategy development, tendering process, negotiation (commercial and contractual) and contract award.

· Manage effective supplier relationship and business review practices to deliver sustainable cost & value, create competitive advantage, manage business and compliance risks to facilitate smooth business operation.

· Partner with internal customers to understand their needs and to deliver optimum solution.

· Analyze and identify the various G&S procurement (spend) requirements for opportunities to conduct spend leveraging and consolidation in order to actively drive cost reduction in the region.

· Analyze the current and future trends and opportunities in the supply market for sourcing strategies.

· Support all other tasks/projects assigned when required.

Affiliate Assistance (Mission Assistance)

· Mission assistance to affiliates to improve their procurement process and knowledge.

· Formalize and update for company’s procurement policy to align with Group’s directives.

· Conduct training sessions to regional affiliates on sourcing and procurement tools rolled out by TotalEnergies Global Procurement (TGP).

· Manage the regional process improvement of SAP system, to reduce fraudulent transactions.

· Execute procurement awareness across all users including procurement (vendor on-boarding, procurement process) and compliance policies.

· Support and advise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for all TotalEnergies entities in Singapore and in the APME region.

· Assist and advise on all procurement issues.

· Coordinate regional procurement events (e.g. workshop, seminar, training).

Reporting / KPIs

· Gatekeep and safeguard TotalEnergies’ reputation and security requirements so that the suppliers is in line with Group’s climate sustainability goals and adherence to ethics and compliance, human rights and Supplier Code of Conduct.

· Create and analyze spend reports (KPI, performance) for APME as well as ad-hoc reports as per needs arise.

Supplier Pre-Qualification & procedure

· Manage vendors on-boarding & purchase orders for vendors.

· Execute troubleshooting on vendor master data online system, various systems and SAP for prescribers.

· Provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement system and relevant guidelines/regulations

· Act as advisory to the internal stakeholders on Vendor Masterdata and Anti-Corruption requirements ensuring that all relevant information is accurate, up-to-date and compliant.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

· 4-7 years in procurement and contract management.

· A University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent academic or professional training

· Proficient in using Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Strong analytical ability with attention to detail within a big picture perspective; Project Management Skills,

· Good levels of skills in negotiation (internal and external), ability to work within an international “network”

· Result-oriented, decisive and action-oriented

· Independent, motivated and good communication skills
