Key Accountabilities

Content Strategy Development & Execution:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business and marketing goals.
• Identify key content themes, topics, and formats that will resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across channels.

Content Creation & Optimization:

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and designed to enhance search rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and adapt content for different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.

Content Distribution & Promotion:

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to amplify content through email marketing, social media, paid media, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement content that supports lead generation and conversion.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, lead generation).
• Provide regular reports on content performance and insights for continuous improvement.
• Use data to optimize content creation and distribution strategies to ensure maximum impact.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with the product, design, and sales teams to gather insights and ensure content supports product launches, promotions, and business priorities.
• Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all content.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of creating high-impact content across multiple platforms.
• Experience in B2B, B2C and B2B2C content marketing preferred.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Responsible for developing, implementing & managing pay-per-click media strategies across Search Engines (Google, Bing) and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Spotify, Xiaohongshu etc)

Assume ownership of assigned paid search/social campaigns to ensure the delivery of KPIs.

Develop marketing campaigns around keywords and targeted demographics, develop ads (text and display network), and ad groups for accounts that will drive traffic to a website and convert them to customers. This includes preparation of marketing proposals.

Perform daily account management of pay-per-click accounts on search and social media marketing platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Marketing and Facebook/Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn & TikTok Marketing.

Able to track and analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities in accordance with client goals. This includes the use of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Ensure UX/UI best practice is in place and website is optimized for search/social campaign so as to achieve best possible returns for our advertisers

Provide updates, alerts and monthly/quarterly reports on paid search/social campaigns’ performance to both internal and external stakeholders. This include report presentation to clientele.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Account Manager, Sales, Graphics Team, Web Team, etc) to complement and enhance both clientele support and overall Search/Social performance.

Experience with leading a team of marketing executives.

Requirements

At least 2-years relevant work experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Search (PPC) / Social Media Marketing

Proficient experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu etc)

Proficient experience with various types of campaigns such as Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing etc.

Proven track record in managing numerous clients at varying levels of media spend.

With Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint Certified. Candidates with experience, but not yet obtained certification can be considered.

Stay up-to-date with PPC/Social Media industry trends and developments.

In-depth experience with website analytics tools.

Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.

Analytical, performance-driven and good problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude, detailed and customer-oriented.

Able to multitask and has organizational ability.

Good visualisation and possess a keen eye for detail.

Maintaining content and graphics as it relates to the campaign.

Competency in Adobe Creative Suite such as PhotoShop, and Illustrator is a plus.

Requirements

Executive (Japanese Marketing)

Job Description

1.1 Take charge of new & existing Japanese Clients of Overseas Travel Accident Insurance (OTAI) and Overseas Travel Accident Plus (OTAP)

• Customer Support Servicing
• Prepare & process Quotation, issuing renewal notice

1.2 Take charge of new & existing Japanese related clients both corporates and individuals.

• Customer Support Servicing
• Prepare & process Quotation, issuing renewal notice

1.3 To ensure regular visits to corporate client’s premises at least once a year or more as to make sure client’s demand/need as well as to enhance relationship with clients

1.4 To quote any risks following underwriting decision

1.5 To review all renewal policies & to recommend new cover (if any) and to improve cover if necessary

1.6 To review coverage and rates for unfavourable loss ratio clients, and to take necessary measures together with Claim Division timely when needed

1.7 To follow-up all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed

1.8 To co-ordinate with internal divisions on documents, claims and other matters

1.9 To attend to all client’s enquiry & complaints

1.10 To assist & attend to queries from the subordinates on administrative issues

1.11 To assist in premium collection within 60days premium warranty period

1.12 To prepare reports for marketing committee meeting

1.13 To ensure that all documentations comply with the COP standards

1.14 To take care of IT related issues when needed

1.15 Proper instruction and training to officers and admin assistants

1.16 Any other marketing duties assigned by assistant managers and above

1.17 To support Japanese Expats requests which are related to using Japanese language (including communication between Japan HQ) when needed

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Certification in Baisc Insurance Concepts and Principle (BCP), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Health Insurance (HI) is required

EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SET REQURED

Communicating and liaising with Japanese clients and Japan HQ is required as part of the job scope. Therefore, proficiency in Japanese is required.
