We’re looking for a hands-on and highly motivated Senior Editor to build and lead our global editorial team. You have a passion for technology (ideally fintech) and a proven track record of creating and editing high-quality content across multiple formats. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the editorial process, recruiting and managing a team of writers, and ensuring that all content meets our rigorous standards for quality and accuracy. You obsess about editorial integrity, ensuring comprehensive editorial reviews, and delivering engaging content that aligns with strategic priorities. You’ll be responsible for driving the creation of copy and content for all platforms–expect to cover a variety of areas, including thought leadership pieces, white papers, user stories, digital and OOH advertising, product videos, SEO-optimised blog posts, case studies, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of in-house writers and freelancers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of engaging content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all content assets, adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
• Be involved across the entire editorial lifecycle, from developmental editing, fact checking, and proofreading, all the way to approvals.
• Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring that all content is produced on time, and aligns to commercial outcomes.
• Work with SEO partners to optimise content while maintaining editorial soundness. Translate complex product knowledge into user-friendly guides and blog posts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to gain a thorough understanding of our products, and effectively articulate the differentiated value of our solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Ideally, 5+ years of team management experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a keen eye for design excellence.
• A genuine love of writing and the ability to abstract away complex concepts into relatable and engaging materials.
• A user-first approach that allows you to tailor content and communications to specific audience segments and profiles.
• Experience managing internal and external writers, designers, and other creative specialists.
• Familiarity with modern technology and platforms, including popular content management systems and HTML.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices, and a willingness to partner closely with Growth Marketing counterparts to drive results.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Maintain good relationship with resellers to effectively achieve business targets, sales growth and market share.
• Identify, initiate, and liaise with resellers on trade marketing programs which add brand value, drive volume sales and increase resellers and customers’ satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and perform analysis on channels, categories and sales to identify business opportunities.
• Responsible for regional sales support and deliver training and launching of new products to resellers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years of regional B2B sales experience in Jewellery Instruments.
• Customer centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
