Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders

· Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance

· Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standards

· Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments

· Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement

· Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment

· Process shipping operation and courier service

· Handling of all billing and invoices

· Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent

· With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience

· Proactive and positive working attitude

· Meticulous with good organizational skills

· Proficient in MS Office

· Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processes customer orders

• Issue material requisition form
• Coordinate documentation for shipment

What a Senior Director, Head of B2B Solutions Sales. Visa Commercial Solutions does at Visa:

The VCS Services Sales Senior Director will have a core mandate to rapidly scale and expand the various services VCS offers within the Asia Pacific region, which includes (but not limited to) Visa Spend Clarity, Enhanced Data, Virtual Solutions and Payment Controls. VCS Services is core to driving VCS client stickiness and contributes to increased spend. This is a complex specialized sales role, responsible for end-to-end sales process and customer engagement activities necessary to close opportunities for the various VCS Services. The role will be required to lead engagements with multiple stakeholders across all markets in the Asia Pacific region, scaling the LMM and SMB footprint of the Visa Commercial Value Proposition with over 200 issuers that may benefit from the solutions. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy development and execution: Plan and execute the growth strategy for VCS Services to ensure that revenue targets are achieved across focus markets in Asia Pacific. Align sales strategy with VCS Executives, Regional and Market Level VCS Stakeholders as well as cross functions like VCA and Client Services to agreed business and performance objectives.
• New Business Development: Generate qualified pipeline activity for new and existing partnership opportunities and convert the pipeline activity to closed deals. Successfully position VCS Services value proposition to issuers product, sales, operations and technology teams in the form of presentations, solution demonstrations, RFP responses and consulting engagements. Support Visa Account Executive with new deal business development activity where VCS Services can add value to the card value proposition.
• Account Management: Develop relationships and build knowledge with Visa Account Executives to ensure VCS services are understood and form a pillar within their overall account plans. Monitor and implement customer engagement strategies to ensure that revenue is realized to its full potential within existing customers that have enrolled in VCS services.
• Thought Leadership: Display thought leadership in technology driven commercial payments solutions and represent VCS at regional industry events. Continually educate and grow knowledge of the VCS Services value proposition within VCS and cross functions in all Asia Pacific markets.

The Sales Director is accountable for the management, preservation, and growth of Smiths Detection business in the region including all sales and Customer Relationship Management in the North Asia market, positioning Smiths Detection as the market leading provider of choice across all market segments. This includes the achievement of Orders, Revenue and Profit targets as set by the business. The Sales Director is accountable and responsible for the day to day leadership, management, and development of the sales team.

Job Description:

1. Perform sales functions as follows:

• Identify potential clients for the waste management market segments assigned to him/her with the aim to establish cordial and business relations
• Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal.
• Facilitate the preparation of Sales Order through the Customer Service Executive and to work closely with him or her on sales and proper documentation.
• To prepare periodically, Sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager.

2. Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc.

3. Assist Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy
