What a Marketing Data Scientist does at Visa:

The position will be based in Visa’s Singapore office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of analytical challenges across consumer behavior analytics, marketing campaign measurement, predictive modeling, alternative marketing data capability development such as matching research data to internal transaction data, etc. S/he will have a highly analytical bent of mind and requisite skills to independently analyze and interpret data insights.

• Conduct statistical analyses on transaction data with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark to identify interesting and valuable insights and trends, produce visualization and reports to internal and external teams

The nature of projects this role will play a key role in vary. Team Summary

The Regional New Business Development team is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Cybersource throughout the Asia Pacific (AP) region. * Supervise medical reps on the field to develop and improve selling skills

* Analyse market situation to support business decisions

Requirement:

* Bachelor Degree or Diploma, preferably in pharmacy/ pharmaceutical/ biomedical sciences/ business-related studies

* Minimum 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales

* A commercially acute and customer-focused individual with a solid sales track record

* Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skill to drive the sales force

* Good in database management and knowledge in using Microsoft Excel

* Ability to foster strong business relationships

* Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel

1. To lead 1 or 2 Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns (Internship project with Benefit) under guidance by SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and SEA Asst. Ecommerce Manager
2. To assist Ecommerce team in growing Lazada CRM Membership platform
3. Assist in creation of digital and social assets design brief requests for ecommerce campaigns
4. To oversee updates of Ecommerce store banner updates alongside Luxasia Leap Commerce team 
5. To assist on Lazada Feed Social Calendar – selection of social assets and caption creation
6. Conduct research on industry trends & market opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations to the Ecommerce team for both Sephora and Lazada
7. Involvement in new launch 360 and planning with Marketing & Ecommerce team
8. Work closely with SEA Marketing team to assist on:

1. Other ad-hoc and administrative work assigned by SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and SEA Asst. Ecommerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Able to be proactive in his/her task daily to ensure opening of accounts and following up with customers to ensure customer visit workshops to achieve individual monthly KPIs.

· Able to be responsible and timely of submission for sales documents that needs to be handed to the respective clients for quotations or payment.

· Able to be meticulous in the task at hand to prevent in-accurate documents sent to clients.

· Able to manage communication with internal staff and warehouse to ensure timely and proper tyres are sent to respective clients without hindrances.

· Able to think within and out of the box scenarios for Stamford Tyre’s benefit in business to gain profitability.

· Being the pillar that manages customer expectations and Stamford Tyre’s expectations on a daily basis to ensure profitability is the top priority with customer satisfaction

· Able to take ownership of business and ensure that customer is satisfied with our services and satisfied with Stamford Tyres products.

· Timely Invoicing and collection of monthly billings on clients.

· Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Malay would be preferable as tyre technicians are multi-cultural.

· Able to use Microsoft excel, word document proficiently.

· Preferably a morning person and calculative in regards to calls from clients at weird hours as clients start work as early as 7:30am and may call due to daily operation situations.

· Have class 3 licence is preferred so as to enter client’s site effortlessly.

· Must have a positive attitude and a person that is able to communicate openly.

· Sales experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.
