• Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing

• Oversee the management, maintenance, and updating of the marketing technology tools and systems

• Manage data security and oversee training of technology software and user adoption

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields

• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing and technology in a fast paced environment

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Expert knowledge of major CMS platforms and Google web tools

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer /client service and response

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• In-house design for company’s collateral
• Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
• Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)Photography cum videography required at job sites for completed projects, followed by photo/video editing/production for content
• To handle online marketing eg Facebook, Instagram, and company website
• Responsible to assist in marketing planning and execution
• Work closely with the delivery platform partners and operations team to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
• Propose strategies or action plans to improve sales opportunities and communication channels to increase revenue
• Maintain and timely update of promotion/campaigns on corporate website and relevant communication channels
• Monitor progress and analyze marketing campaigns using various metrics and reports of campaigns’ performance
• Monitor and evaluate market’s trends and competitors’ marketing activities
• Upholds the company’s brand and ensure consistency of brand image across all channels of communications
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Possess minimum 1 year experience in F & B marketing and/or related service sectors
• Creative , resourceful and attentive to details
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Knowledge in social media marketing skills

• Produce sales to achieve monthly sales targets

• Be responsible for all accounts under his/her control
• Distribute practice files and skill test guides for returned modelers in preparation of deployment
• Updating report such as Laptop & PC Directory, Autodesk Licences, PC In and Out
• Transmitting Issuance Form of laptop/PC if needed on deployment
• Preparation of email and business card for modelers
• Responsible for BIM staff photos and uniforms
• Other sales-related and HR/Training duties from time to time.
