Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and prospective customers, nurturing long-term partnerships.

- Prospect, identify and secure new sales opportunities while fostering existing client relationships for ongoing business growth.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, craft effective media plans, and develop customized strategies to meet their business goals.

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver optimal solutions that drive business performance for clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or digital marketing is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

- Proven experience with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic ads, is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.

- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of market trends.

- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within the digital marketing field.

- Must be proficient in spoken Chinese.

Purpose:

Lead and deliver the Go to Market Strategy for Channel Markets – Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines to generate the expected revenue and profit from the region whilst establishing a strong future business pipeline.

Manage transition as Ingenico Channel Markets evolves and changes from a hardware to hardware, software, and service model.

Directly manage the sales and marketing team and coordinate with the other local functional leads (R&D, Operations, Finance, HR) to align a team of 40 employees in Channels.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead, manage and evolve the business to ensure that the region achieves its financial objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws
• Maintain effective relationships with the main clients and industry leaders
• Continue to expand the focus of the business to provide customer- focused payments solutions that draw together software, services and hardware to generate creative new revenue streams and protects margins
• Engage employees to improve performance, productivity and workplace satisfaction
• Deliver an operation that complies with the Group strategy and contributes to the overall corporate plan
• Represent the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, commercial and investment groups and professional bodies
• Provide financial and non-financial reports and forecasts
• Contribute as part of the APAC leadership team

Experience:

• Experience gained primarily within technology, software, IT services with strong client exposure to financial services and/or retail clients with reputable multinational firms.
• Experience in leading a software-driven business is a strong advantage.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience in selling complex, high-value technology-driven solutions beyond the IT department.
• Experience in managing high-value strategic relationships.

Qualification:

• Relevant qualification in business, management, leadership
• Bachelor's and or master's in business studies

Candidates must be fluent in spoken english. Must have experience in sales.

Good communication skills required. Knowledge of fabrics and cloth will be
