Brand management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities within the region and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in promotional materials and communication. Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints and channels.

Performance analysis: Track, analyse and report back on marketing campaign performance with KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide reports and insights to management. Use the insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.

Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as regional sales teams, external agencies, vendors and industry partners, to drive collaboration and support marketing strategies.

• At least 5 -7 years of B2B marketing / campaign management experience. Regional exposure would be great!
• Good balance of personal initiative and a true team player, along with a positive, proactive and energetic approach to marketing and growth.
• A confident and articulate marketer with excellent and flexible communication, content and copywriting skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Your skills and experience

TRADE MARKETING PLAN

• Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated.
• Manage and update the full-year Trade plan according to changes in markets and carry out a detailed analysis of trade data by axis and by market.

TRADE COORDINATION & OPERATIONS

• Assist the Trade Marketing Executive in designing customer journeys and managing the trade operational execution (brief to the designer team and coordination with markets).
• Developing trade tools adapted to TR APAC markets for all Travel Retail activations across the region.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Local Markets.

MARKETING LAUNCHES PREPARATION

• Preparation of 3-axis launch packs with information from headquarters and adapt to the Travel Retail market.
• Help to update 360 launches before launch.

COMPETITION RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

• Prepare a newsletter detailing key competitor animations to ensure the team has the latest market information.
• Follow-up on China local market activities: Little Red Book, Tmall, Weibo.
• Mystery shopping in the local market to monitor competitor animations.
• Conduct in-depth research about industry best practices regarding trade retailtainment and customer journey innovation (the ability to leverage Chinese sources would be an advantage).
